[mrtg] Configuring Mail notification

HI

I have configured MRTG for my Internet Links on Windows NT. Now i 
want to configure mail notification of the Link utilization so that 
twice a day MRTG shoots a mail to specified email id using my own 
SMTP server for the usage of all the links. Is it possible  ... can 
somebody help me as to how to go about it...
