[mrtg] Need help "DATA Collection is not happening on the graph"

hi all,

We have installed Mrtg2.8 and we are facing a problem,the data (Graph)
generated by MRTG is not showing the data collection everyday for about
30 minutes (particularly between 9pm to 9.30pm), the data is getting
collected and stored in <switch>.log ascii files.This happens everyday
and is consistent across all devices and port instances.
Alternatively, how to generate the .png graphs from <switch>.log files?

I request someone to help me on this.
