You only have one OID in the target, try adding another, ie.

Target[cpu-1]: 1.3.6.1.4.1.52.2501.1.270.2.1.1.2&
             1.3.6.1.4.1.52.2501.1.270.2.1.1.2:public at 194.81.146.1

I'd also add integer and noo (noo is only available since v2.9.11) to the
options.

Options[CPU-1]: gauge, integer, noo
