Yes you can, but if you specify any options per device, then that will
override the default command.

ie

Options[_]: growright
...
...
...
...
Target[blah]: 1:public at target1
Options[blah]: nopercent, gauge


The target 'blah' will only have 'nopercent, gauge' in the options and not
'nopercent, gauge, growright'

I've never tried the prepend default values with the options command, ie
Options[^]: growright

If it does work then *all* your targets will have the specified parameters
and you wont be able to over ride it so be careful what you put in it.

If you have a large config file can you use Options[_]: growright for the
entire config file instead of doing
    options[router_1] : growright
    options[router_2] : growright
    options[router_3] : growright
    options[router_4] : growright
    etc....
???
