[mrtg] Centigrade to Farenheit

I am monitoring temp on cisco 6506's and the powers that be would like to see the graph and the stats below in Farenheit instead of Centigrade.

I used Factor[target] to change values below graph but I cannot use an expression for the conversion (C*1.8+32 = F).  Also, Factor does not affect the way the stats are graphed.  

Has anyone taken a crack at something similar? Any ideas?
