Target[device]: OID1&OID2:CommStr at Device1 +
                        OID1&OID2:CommStr at Device2

This would add OID1 from device1 to OID1 from device2 and OID2 from device1
to OID2 from device2


Since you want to poll the same OID you can do the following...

Target[device]:
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.47.1.1.6.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.47.1.1.6.0:CommStr at Device1 +
 
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.47.1.1.6.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.47.1.1.6.0:CommStr at Device2

Also

If your using a recent version of MRTG use the NOI or NOO within the
options.
