Yes.  That's what MRTG does.  2 points per graph. 

Just be careful that your logged in users is going to be 
somewhere near the CPU load (cpu will always be 100 
or less, right?) and not something like 4x that.  If you've 
got 400 users on your system, the cpu stat will get lost 
in the graph.  Conversely, if you cpu load is always 
around 100 and you have 2-3 users on the system, the user 
stats will get lost.

Format should be...

Target[nameofbox_users_and_cpu]: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.4.0:community at x.x.x.x

is it possible to have two differents target on the same graphic ?
for example one target for the CPU (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0)and the other for 
the number of connections (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.4.0)
