I modified MRTG to also update a database with the date/time/in/out/total
every 5 minute poll for each target, so to get the stats for business
hours only, it is as simple as a sql query.  As for the graphs, you can
put together a simple Perl or PHP script using GD to graph the numbers
from the database.....
