When I graph  1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.33.9.0 with rrdtool the output
green graph is correct but I also have a blue line at the 50% mark can I
remove this. The mrtg cfg target is
1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.33.9.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.33.9.0

You're Subject mentions NT 4  and the message NT 5.

NT 5 / Win 2000 look at;

Cpu01 - 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.1
Cpu02 - 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.2
etc.

NT4

Cpu01 - 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.2.1.1.3.48.58.48
If you then use Cpu02 OID, this seems to cause problems, therefore I
then
use the System % Total time in conjunction with Cpu01
System % Total Time (Total of all processors) -
1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.33.9.0

to monitor and graph each processor.
