Chris, Cliff,

Thanks for spending time on my problem.
1/ Regarding LoadMIBs parameter. I have no *mib file anywhere on my linux
box. I made a file myself from oid-mib-cache.txt > ft100m.mib.
Would this do also, it contains the following info :
acheHttpHits 1.3.6.1.4.1.3495.1.3.2.1.2
cacheClientHttpRequests 1.3.6.1.4.1.3495.1.5.2.1.2
cacheServerInKb 1.3.6.1.4.1.3495.1.3.2.1.12
cacheServerOutKb 1.3.6.1.4.1.3495.1.3.2.1.13

2/ Cliff remarked that I use port 161 in stead of 3401. This is true however
it is port 3401 in my squid.
I found that in /etc/services snmp is configured on port 161. I changed this
to 3401. Also the .pm file in the library mentionned port 161.

I still receive the following error in my logfile :
2001-09-20 16:35:27 -- Started mrtg
2001-09-20 16:35:37 -- SNMP Error:

You need to have LoadMIBs: <filename> in the mrtg config file !!!!
