[mrtg] Question about how to keep the history??

I've mrtg and rrdtool running here.
everything is working fine now.
Just wonder how can i keep the history for furture review.
I found that it just keep the data on the graph for a day, week, month,
year.
I wish to compare the statistic day to day, meaning this monday with last
monday...etc.
Can I do that?
