[mrtg] Unable to graph CPU Load on Cisco 26xx Router

I'm having troubling building a graph for CPU load on a Cisco 26xx router.
The graph isn't coming out.  It seems like there's no data to plot.  Below
is my configuration.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
