I don't know if this is an exact copy/paste, but shouldn't there be a space
between 'Target[cpu.load]:' and '1.3.6.1.4...'
also all keywords must start at the beginning of a line.
You could also use 57.0 (1 min average) as a second OID, but if you only
want the 5 min average and your using a recent version of MRTG use the 'noo'
or 'noi' within the options.
