[mrtg] cfgmaker snmpwalk/snmpbulkwalk?

Listers,
It appears to me (though I am far from being a perl genius) that mrtg
cfgmaker uses snmpwalk to gather its info.  It's my impression that
snmpbulkwalk is usually a better utility to use than snmpwalk, because it is
faster puts a lower load on the polled machine.  Has anybody besides me
thought about rewriting cfgmaker to use bulkwalk, or is that a Really Bad
Idea (tm)?
