[mrtg] Problems installing MRTG w/ RRDtool

I've been using MRTG for about a week and things have been running smoothly.
I decided to try out RRDtool, but after switching to RRDTool I'm now
receiving the following errors when running MRTG.  Does anyone know what
this means?

I'm running MRTG 2.9.18pre5 and RRDtool 1.0.35 on a Windows 2000 machine.
I'm trying to convince my manager to let me use a linux box for this
purpose, but in the meantime I'm stuck on 2k.

Any and all help is appreciated.
