No, you need two OIDs, not one, not three.  Two.

Try:

Target[rapids2r]:
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.57.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0:community at x.x.x.x

That will make the green area the 1 minute cpu, and 
the blue line the 5 minute cpu.
