I can't answer your questions directly, but I know that Cisco changed
the oid string for cpu utilization in "some" IOS version (probably
around v11.3 or v12.0 or so). You are probably using the old oid. I do not
have the new one available right now, but if you search Cisco's web site
you should find the answer.
