Cisco's up-to-date mib repository is at
http://www.cisco.com/public/sw-center/netmgmt/cmtk/mibs.shtml. This is the
best source for mibs for Cisco products.

SNMPLink has links to hundreds of vendors' web sites:
http://www.snmplink.org/MIBs.html

MIB Central has over 4,000 mib files, some are out of date:
http://www.mibcentral.com/index.shtml

Somix has mib collections from dozens of vendors:
http://www.somix.com/software/mibs/

Somix also has hundreds of mrtg templates available:
http://www.somix.com/software/mrtg/

This should get you started.
