Is there something wrong with my return address? You are the first person to
point that out. Hmmm. What do you see as my address? I have just tested
against my yahoo account and replied back successfully?

I can't answer your questions directly, but I know that Cisco changed
the oid string for cpu utilization in "some" IOS version (probably around
v11.3 or v12.0 or so). You are probably using the old oid. I do not have the
new one available right now, but if you search Cisco's web site you should
find the answer.
