[mrtg] MRTG & 14all.cgi script

Hello,

I am trying to use 14all.cgi in a WinNT station with RRDTool and Apache.

Script 14all.cgi is in E:\Program files\EasyPHP\cgi-bin and contains :
use lib qw(E:/mrtg-2.9.21/lib/mrtg2);
# use lib qw(/usr/local/rrdtool/lib/perl);
$cfgfile = 'E:/mrtgconf/mrtg-s00.cfg';
$cfgfiledir 'E:/temp';

File  Mrtg-s00.cfg contains :

WorkDir: E:\Mrtgdata
Options ...
LogFormat: rrdtool
PathAdd: E:\Rrdtool
LibAdd: E:\\Rrdtool\perl-shared

### Interface ...

Perl is running with mrtg  mrtg-s00.cfg and is daemonizing with 5 mn

When I run IE 5.5 with http://localhost/cgi-bin/14all.cgi, I obtain : 
          Internal Server Error       or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request
         Apache/1.3.24

File Error log contains : (2)No such file or directory: couldn't spawn child process: e:/program files/easyphp/cgi-bin/14all.cgi

Directory E:\Mrtgdata contains .rrd files

Where is the problem ? I have somme difficulties to translate documentation in french 

can Anybody help myself?
