[mrtg] Harddisk Monitoring

Hi,

I try to monitor my Harddisks ("/" hda3) free disk space with mrtg. My
system is SuSE Linux 7.2.

I use 

LoadMIBs: UCD-SNMP-MIB.txt

Target[localhost.1]:
1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.1&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.1:public at 192.168.0.1
[...]

but I recieve no data.

Is the OID correct?? Where can I find an index of usefull OIDs vor
Monitoring CPU, MEM, Swap, Hdd, etc.??
