Unfortunately not. It is bits already. It was at 60KB.

Although multiplying the 480 by eight does get me around the correct
figure.

Any other ideas?

Is this a bytes vs bits issue?  It sounds like it...You're seeing 480
kilobytes per second...they're seeing 3.8 megabits per seconds...

Options[_]: bits

should get you closer to what they're seeing on the other side.
