Have you:

1.  Looked on APC's site
2.  Looked in the APC box (if new) to see if you got 
any software with it
3.  Talked to your local APC rep
4.  Looked on the regular haunts like:

http://www.mibcentral.com
http://www.snmplink.org
http://www.somix.com
and others I'm sure you have seen?

"The" OID doesn't really exist.  You're looking for 
a MIB with a group of OIDs in it.  Unless there is 
only one OID - on or off...lol!
