[mrtg] Why wont this work?

I have this cpu.cfg file included in the main mrtg.cfg

Target[alpha_cpu0]: 'perl /usr/local/mrtg-2/snmploadavg.pl alpha
community'
Directory[alpha_cpu0]: alpha
MaxBytes[alpha_cpu0]: 10000
Options[alpha_cpu0]: growright,integer,unknaszero,nopercent,gauge
YLegend[alpha_cpu0]: loadavg
Title[alpha_cpu0]: Alpha CPU Load
LegendI[alpha_cpu0]: 1 Min Average
LegendO[alpha_cpu0]: 5 Min Average
PageTop[alpha_cpu0]: <h1>CPU Load</h1>


I re ran indexmaker and included both files but when I look at the file,
I thas no picture to display .. What am I missing??
