No.  The Netgear RT314 has no SNMP features which are
required for MRTG to operate.  You can get those statistics
from the telnet interface to the router, but you would need
to write some kind of polling script to extract the numbers
in a useable format.  Not recommended.  Note that the Zyxel
version of the same router does support SNMP.
