I don't know of any easy way to display all that information
with MRTG because it only graphs 2 values.  

RRDTOOL would be a better choice as it can display more
values.  There's mention of a Netflow to RRD conversion
script (flow2rrd.pl) but I can't find it.

I suggest you look at the various Netflow applications
available for the purpose.  See:
