Your OID is under SNMP v1.
In that case, if the network traffic goes over 100Mbps,
MRTG graph goes weird because of 32bit wrapping problem.
So that is to be polled with SNMPv2c but MS does not support
SNMP v2c.
That's the problem.

Two of the servers at work have gigabit fibre cards and I can monitor them
using SNMP.
The oid you're looking for is
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10 (in)
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16 (out)
You may wish to see if SNMP is even installed on your box if you're not
getting anything by polling it.

My Windows 2K server has a gigabit NIC and generates over 100 Mbps.
I'd like to draw traffic graph of this box not by polling the
switch.
(The switch is owned by hosting service company.)
Windows 2K seems it does not support SNMPv2c. How can I work it out
?
