[mrtg] Populating fields from snmp

In the MIB_II mib at .1.3.6.1.2.1.1 are several values which I would like to use to populate the following. For example .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 (system.sysDescr.0) contains 'BayStack 450-24T HW:RevD  FW:V1.33 SW:v1.2.0.11' which I would like to use in the 'Descriptions:' field below. Is it possible to populate the below fields using variable from SNMP? It seems like it would be and that it should be simple, but I can't seem to figure it out. 

   <TR><TD>System:</TD>     <TD> BayStack 450 - 24T </TD></TR>
   <TR><TD>Maintainer:</TD> <TD>Brian A Sorrells</TD></TR>
   <TR><TD>Description:</TD><TD>xxxxxxxx </TD></TR>
   <TR><TD>ifType:</TD>     <TD>ethernetCsmacd (6)</TD></TR>
   <TR><TD>ifName:</TD>     <TD></TD></TR>
