[mrtg] Cisco switch/MRTG/SNMP

Hi all!

Apart of "pinging" a disconnect host from the switch...

Does anyone know if there is a way to establish an equivalence between port
interface on Cisco switch an the IP address?

I would like to have a clearer name on MRTG index page.
Traffic Analysis for 1 -- Catalyst
Traffic Analysis for 2 -- Catalyst
...
