[mrtg] Line 5 (Options [_] does not make sense....

Hi all,
Please I want to know what this line does in mrtg.cfg file

Options [_]: growright, bits 

On running my mrtg, I have this error: Line 5 (Options [_]: 
growright, bits) in CFG  file does not make sense.

Can anybody help me on displaying the result of my graph in bits and 
not in bytes. What do I need to do.
