[mrtg] FIxed GD png errors in .22

I fixed the errors I was having with RedHat 7.3 and the 2.9.22 RPM. It 
turns out the RPM was not really un-installing as I thought it was. I 
manually removed all the files from that archive, ran the directions as 
listed in the UNIX install, then hand copied the binaries back to where 
RedHat 7.3 kept them in /usr/bin and now mrtg works fine again :)
