[mrtg] two diff units for the graphs

[Ullampuzha Mana, Divakaran (GEAE, GTS India)]

Hi,
 I am plotting the latency (in ms) and the packet loss ( in%) on the same
graph.
By changing the Shortlegend value to ms i am able to change the displayed
unit to ms.
But how do i make the unit of the other value (Paket loss ) as percentage ?
