Almost right...

The weekly max is the maximum value recorded during the polling of the
target
The Daily graph shows the normalized values for 5 minute intervals.

How the normalized values are calculated was discussed previously in

You need to take into consideration that the Daily 
is not a max, but a 5 minute average.  The Weekly 
max is the maximum value of six 5 minute averages.

Why is the weekly max rate (30 minute average) consistently larger  than

the Daily Max rate (5 minute average)?   This seems to be true even on a

fresh graph when there is not any historical data.
