The simplest way is to just create whatever directory structure you want
with a few simple web pages.  I created a couple of web pages for the
servers and routers that I'm monitoring for exactly the same reason.  Each
web page is devoted to a specific category and shows the daily graphs for
the systems.  Click on the daily graph and it will take you to the page with
all the info for the system.
