[mrtg] In/Out comparison what does it mean?

Hello all, I'm kinda newbie in this, I start monitoring my switch and in a
port connected to a server I see that the incoming traffic is bigger than
the outcoming traffic

In the other server is the opposite, I think the second server is ok, but
what can be the possible causes that the first server generates more
incoming than outcoming
