[mrtg] Legend below graph not appearing with 14all

With MRTG and RateUp, the in and out max, average, and last (along with
percentage) are below each graph.  But with MRTG, RRDTool, and 14all.cgi,
the graphs are there but no such legend.  Is this a feature that can be
enabled with 14all?

Also, the line is thinner than what I would like, is there a way to have
14all build the graph with a thicker line?
