[mrtg] All green utilization on Cisco 3550

I have an issue where my utilization graphs are a solid green color and not the expected combination of green and blue graph lines.  This is true on all of the interfaces on my Cisco 3550 switches.  I have MRTG version 2.9.26b (Windows 2000) and Active PERL version 5.8.0.

Has anybody seen this or have an idea what is causing this?  I have tried but been unable to track the problem down and have never seen this before with any other MRTG installs.
