Please see responses embedded below:
(As a further note, I looked at the entire name of the Windows 2.9.26b version of MRTG and it now says that this version may "be broken". There are no notes to indicate the details but I think I'll try 2.9.25 instead and see if that fixes the problem.)
Thanks

Start by telling us why you think this is MRTG doing things wrong.
--I only have to guess here as I don't know the cause of the problem. Please note: I am not a programmer nor have I any real PERL experience. However, I have setup MRTG many times to monitor interface utilization and have never had a problem.
Why do you expect MRTG to display the usual green and blue lines?
--There is activity on the switches so I should see the graphical blue/green lines for utilization statistics. Additionally, the scale is typically given in KB or MB but when this problem occurs, the unit of measure becomes T. It is worthwhile to mention that this is a basic install of MRTG and I am not using any other tool(s)
What have you ruled out as the cause?
--Nothing.
If MRTG works for all but one type of device, have you considered
the (support for the) device to be faulty?
--It's possible that there is a problem between this model's MIB and MRTG. However, I have seen in other forums that other people are successfully monitoring this model so it appears to be possible.
