Janardhan,

The answer is: Probably yes.
If the device supports snmp you have to find the right mib file to get
the oid's you want to monitor.
If the device doesn't support snmp, but is capable of running a script
that produces the figures you want to monitor you can write a script
that is called from mrtg.
If the device neither supports snmp nor is it capable of running a
script you cannot monitor this device with mrtg.
