Yes.  That's the wrong mib to use for most native-built Cisco gear, it being
a deprecated value (The Cisco-Process-Mib being the right place to find it
these days).  But the 3005 was an acquisition from Altiga, and you have to
pull it out of the Altiga mib until the box is completely Ciscoized (it took
almost 10 years for the Catalyst series of switches after their acquisition
from Crescendo, so don't hold your breath...)

That would be alGeneralGaugeCpuUtil from ALTIGA-GENERAL-STATS-MIB, available
from cisco's website in the VPN software directory
http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/vpn/3000/ (or on the CDROM that
came with the 3005).
I show the OID as 1.3.6.1.4.1.3076.2.1.2.25.1.2.0, but once you look through
those mibs you will probably find lots of things more interesting to monitor
than just raw CPU numbers.
