[mrtg] Re: cisco4006

All the router are running CatOS, but when I try to use cfgmaker as
indicated
(./cfgmaker --ifref=name --ifdesc=descr --descint --output=/var/mrtg/another
cat.cfg public at 172.30.3.1) it cause the errors messages :

--base: Get Device Info on public at 172.30.3.1
SNMP Error:
no response received
SNMPv1_Session (remote host: "172.30.3.1" [172.30.3.1].161)

SNMPGET Problem for sysDescr sysContact sysName sysLocation sysObjectID on
public at 172.30.3.1

--base: Populating confcache
SNMP Error:
no response received

etc..

And a strange thing (for me) that it work fine withe the other routers 3548,
connected to the 4006.


Is anybody got an idea of what is wrong ?

Running IOS or CatOS?
Either way, cfgmaker does a fine job with:
./cfgmaker --ifref=name --ifdesc=descr --descint
--output=/var/mrtg/anothercat.cfg public at 10.10.10.10
