Your targets don't appear to have a valid instance number, instead they have
a forward slash (/).

Hey,
We are having problems with just these graphs showing up correctly. We only
have this problems on the OC3 circuit. The circuit is fine and has no
problems. It almost looks like it hits the maxium number of bits and quits
polling.. but there is data .. just not the correct data. See below:
