My understanding is that it is free of charge if you are not using it to
monitor customers equipment and charging for that monitoring OR monitoring a
system that is generating revenue.
The license has changed since BB was purchased by Quest software also, and I
have not downloaded or installed it since then. They may have become more
stringent in their licensing.

Got this off the MRTG mailing list. So... could one of the BB guys
please explain exactly what the licenses mean in light of the newer Pro
version? I was under the impression that BB was *completely free* for
use, even in production systems, but that if I wanted support I had to
pay for it, or more recently, be using the pro version.
Better stated... if I am monitoring 10+ production system, those systems
being used to generate revenue for my company, am I allowed to use BB
for free?
