[mrtg] Check SNMP-"Description" each time

Hi Everybody

I check 4 3Com-Switches with MRTG 2.9.25.
Now we write on the Switch with SNMP each port, which server is plugged
on,
an the switch with the SNMP-"Description"-Field.

Unfortunately cfmaker read only once the "Description"Field.
How I can make now that the "Description"-Field is also again readed
at the same time, which the InOctets and OutOctets are beeing readed?
