[mrtg] Memory 5min Avg on Cisco switches / routers

Hi there,
can anybody on the list tell me the oid for 5min memory utilization ?
Yes, i searched the cisco oid-files but didn't find any matching oid
that works with either the RSM module nor the LS1010
