It looks like a router that has rebooted and/or nolonger has an interface 10. Rebuild the config and compare the current to the new one and you'll figure out exactly what happened. It could be as simple as someone inserted
a new card, the config was built, then the router got rebooted and the interfaces
all got renumbered. That is a large pita to deal with.
