Try adding RunAsDaemon:Yes and Interval:5 (or whatever time frame you
choose) to your config.  This will force it to run every 5 minutes without
having to start it via cron.

You could also add an rc script so it starts automatically upon reboot of
the box.

i notice progressively that launching mrtg with cron is very fastidious with
many scripts...

is there another solution to start script automatically?
