I would think so too, but there is no subtree:
C:\>snmpWALK -c ***** ftwnt21 1.3.6.1.4.1.334.72.1.1.1.1.2.121
no MIB objects contained under subtree.

The OID you are using ".1.3.6.1.4.1.334.72.1.1.1.1.2.121" returns
"Domino.Requests.Per1Minute.Peak = 33" so if you want it to return just the
"33" I would assume you use
".1.3.6.1.4.1.334.72.1.1.1.1.2.121.Domino.Requests.Per1Minute.Peak" or the
numerical equivalent.
