Hi Simon,

I use the following OID's for that:

.1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.25.11.0 for delivered messages/min

and 

.1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.25.13.0 for submitted messages/min
