[mrtg] Manipulate

Hi, i really need this answer A.S.A.P for my next meeting.

is that possible to manipulate all the number in the mrtg? such as, if the real connection is 256 kb/s but in the mrtg's page (.html) will be shown as 128 kb/s ?
